
My professional goal is to advance into a senior-level instructional design role within my current public sector agency. I intend to expand my strategic influence while remaining directly involved in designing meaningful learning experiences. I am particularly focused on improving performance through structured analysis and designing for measurable behavior change.
A senior instructional designer in the public sector must translate policy into practice, conduct performance analysis, manage projects under constraint, apply adult learning theory, integrate emerging technologies responsibly, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Through my graduate coursework, I have developed a foundational understanding of behavior-based learning design, needs assessment, and instructional process modeling. I continue to grow in systems thinking, digital accessibility implementation, and project management.
